Delivery

Information about our delivery services

All orders placed BEFORE 12:00 are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed AFTER 12:00 will be processed the following working day.

We have 3 options for delivery at checkout – Standard, Premium and Collection.

Standard – Free delivery on all UK orders. Orders over 9KG in gross weight will be shipped by courier.

Premium – We now offer a 24h signed for delivery. This service generally takes 1 working day but transit times can vary during busy periods. This service is charged at £4.80.

Collection – Collect from our head office in Newstead. We do not operate a walk-in store as we are a production facility. Collection is strictly by appointment only. Please call us to arrange a convenient time.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to all EU countries for a flat rate of £18.99.
We offer shipping to North America and Canada for a flat rate of £29.99.

For any other countries not listed, please contact us for a quote on shipping.

We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
