Please allow extra time for delivery during this sale period. We will be shipping all orders promptly but please expect up to 1 week delivery times at this very busy time.
Next day shipping will also be disabled until the sale is complete.
If you require a quicker delivery please ensure you select the next day shipping option.
We have 3 options for delivery at checkout – Standard, Premium and Collection.
Standard – £3.99 on all UK orders. Orders over 9KG in gross weight will be shipped by courier.
Free – Any UK order that exceeds £20.00 will qualify for free delivery.
Premium – We now offer a 24h signed for delivery. This service generally takes 1 working day but transit times can vary during busy periods. This service is charged at £4.80.
We offer shipping to all EU countries for a flat rate of £18.99.
We offer shipping to North America and Canada for a flat rate of £29.99.
Leaving the EU has fundamentally changed the way items are exported to the EU. As a result some overseas customers will now be required to cover import fees when the product reaches the final country. Unfortunately we cannot include this charge within the delivery fee as these charges vary depending on the quantity, products and location.
When the parcel reaches its destination country customers will be contacted by the relevant customs department to arrange the clearance of goods. The paper work that is required for this will already have been started by us so you won’t need to worry about providing any additional information regarding the products. When your goods reach this stage please ensure you follow all of the instructions provided as customs may charge storage fees for delayed collection of goods.

We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
